Matt Ogle brings over 15 years of experience in the children’s activity and care sector. In 2007, he founded Sports 4 All as a sports coaching company, which evolved into S4A Group Ltd in 2015.

As a qualified Professional Business Coach, Chartered Manager Fellow with CIMSPA, and Chartered Manager with ILM at Level 7 with Distinction, I am dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the dynamic landscape of children’s activities.
For over 18 years, I owned, ran, and directed a successful children’s activity provider, growing the business to surpass the £1 million turnover mark. This hands-on experience, combined with my Master of Business Administration, enables me to offer practical, results-driven insights and strategies that resonate with our clients’ unique needs.
At All Incompass, I leverage my Director, Entrepreneur, and Coach background to foster sustainable growth and create environments where teams and individuals can excel. My approach is centred on strategic partnerships, clear communication, and innovative problem-solving to deliver tailored programmes that promote physical activity, mental resilience, and shared values.
